1. What personal data we collect
When you fill out a contact form
We collect your name, email address and your enquiry so that we can contact you in future.
When you make a donation
We collect your name, date of birth, postal address, email address and phone number.
2. How long we hold your personal data for
When you fill out a contact form
We keep your submission in our database for 1 month as a backup whilst we deal with your enquiry. Your submission is also emailed through to our team.Â
3. Who has access to this personal data
We do not sell, trade, or transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
4. Which third parties have access to the data on my website?
To support delivery of our services, we engage third party data processors (‘Sub-processors’) which in turn also have access to certain personal data. This section provides important information about the identity, location and role of each sub-processor.

5. What happens when you visit this website
When someone visits biasbrent.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site.
This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this.
